I recommend arriving feeling relaxed and grounded with your feet on the floor. 

Take notes if you like. I can record a session if you ask before we begin. 

Energy is quantum and limitless! Online readings and healings are as effective as in person. I can just as easily work with someone in the same room as I can in Australia.

Please be in a quiet, relaxing space that is free from distractions.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance otherwise you will not receive a refund on your payment or deposit. 

Healings, readings, and no shows are non-refundable. 

My ideal client has some insight about how energy works and is open to interpretation. Please leave any “prove it” energy at the door for the best experience for all! Do bring your curiosity and a sense of play!

I may look at where your energy is heading, but I do not read the future. I will not give advice or tell you what you should do. I simply read or see energy from a neutral place and give your spirit a hello.

Sometimes energy gets stirred up before a reading/healing. You may experience this as a heaviness, a chaotic feeling, or a resistance to even coming to the appointment. This is normal and should pass as we work together.
